Billy Prather owns and operates Prather Quarter Horses, a full service show and boarding facility located in Camden, SC. He brings over forty years of experience to the show ring, and actively offers clinics and competes in reining, working cow horse, cutting, and team roping. Billy is also an approved judge for PHBA, NRCHA - 2A and AQHA Versatility Ranch Horse - Cowhorse, Roping.
